Participants will receive a personalised recipe newsletter every week and can ask our dietician any questions during one-to-one and group sessions. Would you like to help your team follow a healthy and sustainable diet over a longer period of time? This programme guides participants on a 3-month healthy eating journey. It offers delicious recipes, personalised weekly menus and fun challenges. Our experienced chefs and dieticians offer guidance in online group sessions and one-to-one sessions. This programme was developed in collaboration with Zilveren Kruis Achmea.
